Q. What is the price for ______ service? 

A. Each stylist sets their own prices. Visit your preferred stylist's booking page to view pricing.


Q. Do you offer walk-in specials or special pricing?

A.  Follow us on Instagram for specials.


Q. Do you all service kids.

A. Some stylist will service well-behaved children.


Q. Do you all offer mobile or on-location services?

A. Yes, click here to request an appointment. 


Q. Do I have to schedule a consultation for color?

A. It depends. If you are a regular client, probably not. If you are a first time client or haven't been in a while, you will need to schedule a consultation.


Q. What is you cancellation policy?

A. If you cancel in less than 24-hours, you may be charged full service price. 


NOTE: No call, no shows or chronic last minute rescheduling/cancellation will result in full payment upfront.


Q. How late or early can I arrive for my appointment?

A. Please arrive on time (we prefer 5-10mins early) to relax and regroup. If you are running late, we will accommodate you.  If you are 15 mins or more late, you may need to reschedule. If you cho0se not to reschedule, you be considered a walk-in.


Q. What payment methods are accepted?

A. Varies by stylist: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Debit, Cash, Cash App.


Q. What types of hair extensions do you offer?

A. Varies by stylist: Wigs (custom & stock), sew-in (traditional, frontal, closure, micro-link), Balmain Double Hair & Systeme' Volume, Quick Weave, Great Lengths (fusion & tape), Hot Heads (tape).
